I tried alot to upload the template to my website but it couldn't be uploaded. So please help me what is the best way to upload the template to website ,as since i download it it is useless with me.

I mean it has no xml file as any template must have this file so it doesn't work with me .i have picture with error but not know how to attach the picture of error. Please since i bought template it is useless to me your quick reply will be highly appreciated

Hello SAMEHKIWAN,
I see what you mean. This error arises when you try install an extension that is not compatible or not correctly packaged. In this case, what is happening is that you may have been trying to install the quickstart package via Joomla admin section, which should not be the case. After downloading the files, please unzip them. There is a file named woodlands inside the folder called template. This is what should be installed if you already have a running Joomla website.
Otherwise, you can install the quickstart package by uploading the files to the online server, or on a local server.
You may also provide me with your e-mail so that I send you the latest version of the template instead of waiting for it to be uploaded here.

I've seen the image. Since you are installing the template on a clean Joomla installation, then you'll have to manage content in order for it to appear as the demo site. The quickest way would have been to upload the quickstart package you downloaded and then install it just as you would do with a new Joomla installation.
If you are choosing to proceed this way, then I'll be glad to assist in any way I can. Alternatively, I can help with content management- at a small fee.

Before buying this template i watched it on your website with all its design and categories that is why i convince to buy it to be like what i saw in your publicity for it now you say i had to pay again for what , i buy it to be in shape as i saw you buy to me blank page , if situation will be in this way i will buy another new template from trustworthy place

I understand what you mean. Of course if you choose to install the quickstart package, then it will appear exactly like it is in the demo site. You can also manage content for it to appear like that if you did install the template alone on a new site. This means that you have install all the extensions provided one by one, apply the settings described in the user manual for it to look like the demo site.
What I was suggesting is not to double-charge you but to assist in content management, which is not covered in the terms of sale. You can also choose to manage the content yourself and when you run into any challenge, support is always available to help free of charge.

As I mentioned before, the quickest way to achieve same results as the demo is by installing the quickstart package. If you need help with quickstart package installation, please let me know.
One more thing; even the process of replacing dummy data with your own is managing content. I cannot figure out why there seems to be a misunderstanding and yet I laid out what needs to be done. I did login to your site and the template is already installed on a new Joomla installation. What remains is now add your content like modules, extensions and plugins supplied with the download files. It is this that I had suggested you part with something small if you wanted me to help you do it.
