When you put for first time the home page, or shift+reload por a second, until main banner is charged, it appears "AS Templates" text in that place (at least with mozilla)

There was a conflict between our slider and MultiTrans module, we have disabled it, everything is working fine now.

I'm afraid its not that the problem.
When you disabled it, I was in exactly that moment changing the slider to Mooslider, this second works fine with and without Multitrans.
Could you check the mod with name 'Slider' again?

Yes, there are not space between positions 22 and 23 of template.
Usually ther are 1cm aprox (for instants ther are 1 cm between 21 and 22 position)
