Trying to upload the mySQL dump into a new database but get error messsage #1044 - Access denied for user 'dbo416850870'@'%' to database 'joomla26'. Can you assist? Thanks

Hello MACHEATH,
A 1044 usually means there is something up with your configuration.php file check the username, dbname, host name and password.

Nothing wrong with configuration.php that I can see. Are you sure the problem is not within the dump file eg the SQL query in your dump file CREATE ... Joomla26?

In the j26.dump.joomla25.sql file please try to delete the following lines
and run it again (it should be lines 21 and 22):
CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS joomla26;
USE joomla26;

You have to upload it through the Header Configuration Parameters panel, please see the following page for all template parameters:
