I have already created a folder in xampp > htdogs and I have made inside to the folder extract the quick start folder of the tamplate.
However, when I write in browser localhost/folder I take the following:
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in C:\xampp\htdocs\hellas2018\installation\angie\models\steps.php on line 389
