I've tryed to install only template "adot_templateonly_j3.zip" but after installation, i can't see the template in Extensions-->templates

Sorry, another question ...
I've tryed to install adot_quickstart_j3.zip to have all features, but when i click on login image or search image, don't show modal popup ... it's possible that in this istallation that was disabled a plugin, or ther is a conflict with any .js? Please help me
If i would install SP Page Builder without quickstart file, there is a way?

The access to your Joomla admin panel please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
