I´ve bought your template "Moxi" (Billed On: 2017-02-20, Invoice #: AS33282)
After install your "quickinstall" all fine, but when i try to update the extension "SP Page Builder" to the newest version I get an error message.
Finally I wan´t to update the "SP Page Builder" from version 1.3 to version 2.3.5 so what´s wrong with it?
I've checked your website, and it seems that you have managed to update the SP Page Builder successfully.

Dear Moxi Support Team,
After purchasing and working with the Moxi template we got to a point where we depend on your support.
When changing the display size or switching between horizontal and portrait format the menu bar does not stretch across the full page width. The menu bar is only partially displayed.
We appreciate you letting us know how to adjust the menu bar size to the page size.
Please find attached a demonstration of the representation issue.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Andreas Klingner

Hello again,
1. We using to test, a normal smartphone with android, a tablet and on desktop screen (pc)... so on all devices are the same issue. Furthermore this problem exist on your demo site too.
See following screenshots:
http://www.user6.netzwerk-schmiede.de/screenshot1.png
http://www.user6.netzwerk-schmiede.de/screenshot2.png
explanation of the problem:
1. When you open your demo website in fullscreen see http://preview.astemplates.com/itempreview/656 (page doesn´t matter)
2. Then you scrolling down a little bit
3. and now you toggle the screensize by pressing the window icon on browser (right corner on top)
4. the menue bar is not displayed correctly anymore
Same issue occurs when you open the site on tablet or smartphone and turn it from vertical to horizontal.
Thanks for help

Hello Andreas,
Thank you for the explanations. This seem to be helix3 framework issue.
We are happy yo help you to fix it. Would it be possible to give us access to your website back end??
Thank you, Unfortunately your template folder is not writable, so i was not able to make any changes.
open the following file "templates/moxi/less/theme.less"
on line 366
add this - width: 100%!important;
which should look like this
----------------------------------------------------
#sp-header{
background: rgba(255,255,255,0.98);
height: 91px;
box-shadow: 0 3px 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.05);
width: 100%!important;
------------------------------------------------------
This should fix your issue.
Best regards
