The Joomla Template "ET Spa" is available as Free Version and as Regular License ($ 23.10). What's the different? Does the Regular License have more features? If yes, which features? I haven't found a comparison table.

Free version is limited with functions above and do not include Quickstart package (theme and dummy content like demo).
