I've had this theme running on wordpress since i purchased it from you last year.
It has stopped working; my website does not display properly and i am unable to load the visual editor in the backend to edit/create pages. The author sparsdesign.com website is showing "under construction" and previous pages there are inaccessable.
This is costing me business. Please explain what is going on ASAP

It seems you made some update, is it correct? The issue can be resolved by restoring your website from backup only.

My hosting provider updates wordpress to the latest version automatically.
I have already restored the website from backup and that failed to fix the issue.
