i tried both the ways as mentioned in your document.
• using your FTP client, upload the non-zipped theme folder into the /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server
( failed :error The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.)
• via WordPress upload page, navigate to Appearance -> Add New Themes -> Upload. Go to browse, and select the zipped theme folder. Hit "Install Now" and the theme will be uploaded and installed.
Shows error because of stylesheet missing
Updated php.ini as per your notes also.
Can you please let me know ASAP how to resolve this,

Sorry, i found the file to upload..and now installed fine.
I think normally when most users download the zip file theme from a online company they think this is the file to upload. This was my error.
