It can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firefox DevTools or Firebug plugin:

Hello AS Team,
on the first side, the Revolution Slider is on the top of the page, but if I put the Revolution Slider on an other page, there is a top image an then comes the revolution slider. Where can I change this option that Revolution Slider is on the TOP of another side?
