could you please help me with this:
when I put an image into the article the image is stretched over the hole ArtSlider. The size of the image doesn't matter - I have tested several sizes - the full background is filled with the image.
Is it possible to leave the original size of the image an put the text beside the image so that the background?

The slider has only one parameter which you can play with: height, you can find it under Slider settings, the width will be always 100%.
A while ago I bought a template and used the quick installation. With the template there was an Artslider included. When I load images to the file using ftp transfer the Artslider is using only two from the 3 background pictures from the folder it supose to do, the third background picture however it uses a picture from the images folder ".about.1", and that picture supose to be for the testomonials page...I read every document en look for more information but cant figure it out whats wrong. Need some help with it.

On the home page you see the Artslider picture here the one with the blond woman..http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.nl/
On this page you see the same picture as a background picture
http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.nl/index.php
Both are connected to the about.1.jpeg picture in the sampledata folder.
When i remove the background the artslider doesnt work. I also have the picture in the slider folder but it doesnt use that one...
Its like it links to the wrong folder.

It will work for Joomla version 3.x only, as well you will need to make some changes in css.
