I made some images for the slider menu using Photoshop and for some reason, the alignment isn't centered properly - the pictures are all just a bit low in the frame. Any ideas or past experiences with this?

I cant understand also why the menu items under the "Kurse" (position-1) are not opened down. Only if I click on the "Kurse" then I have a chance to see this drop-down menu.
What have I done wrong?
One more problem with the page "Contact us". I would like to have it so nice as on your test-site, but nothing happens when I am trying to make it nice.
To be honest I am not a developer, I have nothing to do with web development and I've never even seen and heard about the joomla, I've just started one month ago and find your template very attractive for our project.

1. For changing the slider effects and time you have to use Template Configuration Parameters -> Slider Configuration Parameters.
2. The problem is because you are using images with transparent background, please use images in jpeg or gif formats instead png.
I have integrated the google map plugin, but the modul looks absolutely disordered, all fields are not properly aligned and I cant solve this problem.
I have read all previous comments regarding this issue but have not found the solution.
Would appreciate some tipps.

2. The buttons color you can change by editing the following images:
