Joomla! Template 002036 - Item Support

Hi, i bought this template and installed virtuemart on it but the asslider is giving problems. It seems that it's loading its own jquery and because of that i can't use the stars of the rating system from virtuemart and my images don't open in the fancybox but open in the same window.
go to and login with name:test pass:test to see the stars and images don't work.

I'm also having problems with the <h1><h2><h3>... tags in your template.
if the tag is used it won't work with an image allignment.
The text is always shown onder the image instead of to the left or right of it.
And it's also messing up my virtuemart layout.
see example on

I asked for help on VMforum also, but get little help because they say the problem is coming from the slider. I hope to get more help here.
We are sorry, the as002036 was not designed as a virtuemart template, our support team can't help you in this case, you have ask for our services:

but the problems with the h1, h2, h3, ... tags are also in the standard joomla component. when i create an article i can't use the h-tags when an image is alligned. the text is placed under the image.
i used the link to VM-page because here you can see it.
Sorry again, the template is not designed for virtuemart, the h-tags may not work properly with virtuemart articles.

Hello again

a couple little probs to finish up:

I want to edit this line in the splashpage in order to center the logo (padding left - I guess), where or in which file can I find it?
<div id="companyname" style="padding-top: 89px;">

Further, please check the Top Sub Menu here:
How do I change the Submenu color ?

At last: How do I remove the Menulinks on the splash page so only the "Willkommen" Link is visible ?

Thanks again for your appreciated help !
1. Please see tmpl.header.css file, the following class:

#header.home #companyname
float: right;
padding: 40px 50px 0 0;
text-align: center;

2. We are sorry, there is no such option, it should be developed.

I have just finished a website using 002036 template. In checking various browsers and devices, I encountered a problem and cannot seem to figure out the fix. On laptop, desktop and android (using Firefox, IE, or google chrome) the index page looks fine. However, on any apple product (iphone, ipad, or macbook) there is a little blue box with a ? in it displaying at the top right side.

I don't know if it is related to safari browser or the apple product? I came across this problem on another template and was never able to fix it.........
