Hello ENDEMONIADO,
In case to have your own colors you need to make your css classes and put them in the tmpl.custom.css file or you can edit the existing, for example:
#as_accordionmenu ul.as_menu ul li,
#as_accordionmenu ul.as_menu ul li a
{
color: #7FACFF !important;
}
The above class you can find in the style.bluerain.css file.

Following his advice, I modified the css classes and all the colors work correctly in the accordion menu and the top menu, except the "Archivo" menu and his submenu. I do not understand that behaves differently. Can you help me with that?
Also get to find out that I can not remove the "module" of the image highlighted in red. Can you help me with that too?
Fixed issue with the Top Menu. Left alone solve the problem of the image in the previous post.

The page heading title you can remove in your Joomla admin panel Menu Item Advanced Options -> Page Display Options -> Show Page Heading.

We are sorry, we don't know, it should be checked by our developers, or you can reinstall the template using the quick-start installation package.
What's wrong.
I ordered an unlimited Edition and built the page on a test URL and everything is fine (mozaix.sintrecs.com). Now I linked the correct URL (hirschenschuerli.ch) with the same file structure and get the Information:
"The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site Administrator"

Sorry, it is not related to the template.
It looks like you have not moved all files and database tables from your test server to the new server.
I'd just like to say a huge thank you to AS Team. I was having a nightmare time trying to get the premium version to install, I'm reasonably clued up with computers and have remote shell access to my hosting server but every time I unzipped over SSH it just kept getting borked.
Turns out that not only does my hosting provider have a horrible CPanel and a file size restriction on FTP access, they have something weird going on with their SQL that was beyond my skills.
After about a week of scratching my head, losing sleep, grouching at everyone, and thinking of every hack in the book, I bit the bullet and paid AS the very reasonable sum of $40 to do the installation for me.
Result - they got the full site demo up and installed within a couple of hours (though I think they too were slightly mystified by the SQL anomaly for a while, lol).
But they did it, and it works exactly as I want. I was being driven crazy with this, and for $40, I can't begin to express how happy I am with the grief they've saved me. Not only do AS make great templates, they know their stuff when they're dealing with eccentric hosting providers too.
I am trying to align the company logo and the item in position 6 (far right) at the top of the page. Can you help me with this. I tried to put the item in the positions 4 and 6 without success.
Can you help me please?

It is because your logo it too big, try to make it 460px or you have to edit width of position 6, in the tmpl.header.css file please find the following class and change the width to 400px:
