SUBJECT: Getting a dropdown menu to drop on hover REGARDLESS...
VERSIONS: Joomla version 2.5.9 with AS Template 002042 Premium Version for Joomla! 2.5
I am not sure if this is something that I am doing wrong or that the template is just not designed to do... I want/hope/expect the menu sub-items to drop down on hover, because otherwise the user does not know of their existence... Here is the situation:
1. I have a top menu in position-1 with few menu items. One of them is called "Pets" and is pointing to a single article.
2. Am trying to give "Pets" some sub-items, i.e., create a dropdown menu. For example, I would like under "Pets" to have "Dogs", "Cats", "Birds", etc...
3. Regrettably, the sub-item that I created (only one for now, "Dogs") does not appear when I hover over "Pets".
4. For the sub-item "Dog" to appear, I HAVE to FIRST click on the "Pets" item. Once i do, since I am still hovering over "Pets", the sub-item appear.
5. Furthermore, now that "Pets" is selected, the sub-items appear (drop) on hover, which is exactly what I expect, but not limited to the state of "Pets is selected".
This is a MAJOR problem and I very much hope that you will be able to direct me to resolve this.

However, I am in position 50 but 4 pictures are not displayed, only the title "Phoca Gallery Image Module" Appare.

Thanks for the template. Its working great. Two quick questions.
1) I'm sorry but I can't seem to how to replace that globaltech logo. I'm sure is obvious but I can't find it.
2) Several menus have hyperlinks but I can't seem to change them. For example, if I click on the "Partners" menu it takes me to the Partners page. If I wanted to remove that link or change it to something different I can't seem to do that. Its grayed out in the admin window.

1. What is your site url please, we will check and let you know the logo location on your site.
2. You can easy do it in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus, without to see the problem we can't help you, so we need an access to your admin panel.
Thanks for the quick response. I'm actually using the demo files that come with the quick start for item/template 002042. The same logo that comes up in the demo is the logo I'm referring to. The same with the hyperlinks.

I just "saved" the information there. I was able to find the info about the hyperlinks. I am still searching for the logo. Will I need to logout for you to login to the admin panel?

Has the full premium file "as002042_premium" been updated with the latest version of Joomla? What was the last date the file was update?
