I read this documentation before to make my installation for as002406_quickstart.
I just want to said that i use a latest Joomla! version, 3.3.1.
I TRY AGAIN TODAY BUT I BECOME A SAME MESSAGE:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
Please i need our Help?
Its a problem with joomla version?

Hello WEBPOSMASTER,
The quick-start installation package can't be installed via Joomla extension manager, it should be installed like regular Joomla package.
A quick-start is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, chosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place. The sample data in the quick-start package is also personalized according to the template and is much different to the sample data found in the default Joomla package.

When I active a slider the site content wont show and just see a blank page
(srry for my english)
and when I use the as Slider the pictures are not shown! but when i check the source all the slider codes and images are loaded!
i work on local and cant show the site!

In case to have this template exact like our demo preview page you have to install it using quick-start installation package, this package is included in the premium version only, it can be installed like regular Joomla installation, this package can't be installed via Extension manager.
The drop downs were not working but now I have a problem where the left edge doesn't line up with the rest of the items. It sticks out on the left too far.

Regarding the menu, it looks like you have not defined the menu boostrap size under the menu module advanced parameters tab, it should be 12.

I changed the font-size settings and line-height, but nothing changed.
Maybe somewhere else you need to change the class?

Just checked your css, it is not changed, this class you can find in the tmpl.default.css file on line 1416, try to the following:

In the 'http://kirpich-dvor.ru/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_as002046.ini' you have to translate and add the following lines :
COM_CONTENT_READ_MORE="Read More"
MOD_ARTICLES_NEWS_READMORE="Read More"
TPL_COM_CONTENT_READ_MORE_TITLE="Read More"
The font size you can change by editing tmpl.default.css file this class:
