since yesterday my site is no longer visible.
I only see a blank page with this message:
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
If I set another template, the site works.

Hello SIRLANCILOT,
Try to reinstall the template, probably some template files were deleted or corrupted. Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
I am having a problem with the menus on a smart phone. When you click on a submenu item and, once on that page, try to navigate to a different page, the drop down menu does not wait long enough to make a selection. Can you take a look at the site nouvelle research.com on a smartphone? I am using an iPhone.

i have a problem with the AS ArtSlider.
Ich purchased the Theme AS 002048 und installed with the QuickStart-Package.
But the ArtSlider doesn't work. I only see the circle.

I purchased a theme last year(november) but i dont use it because i was sick and want to use that now.
The only problem is i dont see any button where can i download this release.

Within this css file (version 1.4) we made some changes.

It was related to the Google map plugin, our suggestion is to put your css in the style.custom.css file, we never overriding this file.
i just read today that my Expiration Date is 10 December 2014.
What are you meaning about this date?
can i post any question about a template or downlaod some update after this expiration date?

During this period, the item/design will be upgraded regularly and your license grants you permission to download these upgrades. After your license expires, you may continue to use the templates your entitlements allow for, so the templates are not time-limited but you can't download the template anymore and receive our technical support.

You have to download the latest version from your AS account and update files accordingly to the following page:

Or you can upload all template package (not quick-start) on your server via FTP, if you did any changes please do not forget about backup.
