Hi guys! Just bought another template! Love them! (really my sister paid for this one :-))
This is the question, we normally rename the menu titles to spanish words, and modify titles, and articles etc. For the most part we use the pages and menus as they are. However, we tried to add a new level to the about us menu, actually two levels down..
We do the usual process, new article, new menu, assign article to menu, publish everything... and nothing works... we get error 500, and things like file or icon not found...
Are there any blocks to modify the menus (adding sub-levesl / sub-menus)? do we have to use user created menus for that? should we look at a system issue, space, permisions? (everything seems to be working okay!)

here is the URL, and when you click on a sub menu item the url generated contains the words medical-equipment and the page cant be found.
The menu items point to a single article which have been newly created so has no reference to anything medical. The same goes for the sub menu item.
I have removed all content except some articles which are not referenced by any menu item from the site.
Please let me know if you need anything else

i have no idea why /medical-equipment/ appears in the this menu?

We are sorry, you made a lot of changes, our support team is not able to help you in this case, it should be investigated by our developers.
Thanks for looking into this. the only changes i have made is to remove content as you have suggested and add my own. Considering this is a template, changes should be able to be made. And as i had to install the template as a quick guide to get it working the content had to removed. Do you expect you customers to plug and play this template with all the content as is.
This error is clearly related to the change in menu selecting a single article which is a standard thing to do in joomla so i think this issue is for you developers but as i can see from the link you provided it looks like a paid option. I am not willing to pay for this to be fixed.
Please let me know if i can assit you in any way yo get this resolved.
To help in resolving this issue, In addition to this I have just changed the "THE GOLF COURSE" menu to point to a single article and now when using this menu in the site it trys and displays the account information page. Which is clearly not the url it should be using.
Please use the admin account provided to make changes to any menu item to see this issue in action.
In addition to this, i just created a additional sub menu under the main menu "The Local Area" and set it to a single article and the when clicked is trys to navigate to the following URL which again is not found as per the other menu items. Although this is not the "Medical Equipment" test in the url additonal information is stored in the URL which is not a standard joomla URL so must be based on the template and code?

Please let me know if you require anything else in resolving this issue.

please look in to the site script. the template script is much longer than your demo site script... please give me a reason what´s wrong

Thanks for helping me get it working. I am still disapointed that i had to install with the quick install and now having to remove alot of content.
