All css files with color styles you can find in the template's css folder, for example: 'www.yoursitename.com/templates/as002048/css'

The as002048_quickstart.zip file cannot be installed via Joomla extension manager, because it already has Joomla inside, the quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, please carefully read the template documentation: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/179-002048

In the administration section of your Joomla! website go to the "Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Install".
In the "Upload package file" section browse for the as002048_premium.zip file by clicking on the "Browse" button.
Click "Upload & install".
Install all plugins and extensions from the extensions folder.
but there no premium file - please I'm so sorry, but what exactly do I wrong.

In the package you must to have as002048_template.zip file, please check.
I have included a WYSIWYG-element instead of the social menu in as-position 3. This element is not shown in the same height as the content of as-position 4. I could not identify how to customize the element so that as-position 3 and 4 are presented on the same height.
