When I tried to load the VM control panel and go to shop item, the following message appeared JUser::_load: Unable to load user with ID:15.
Thus, I cannot change the default payment currency. How can I solve this problem?

We need an access to your hosting company cpanel, not Joomla admin panel.

The logo you can change using the template parameters -> header configuration parameters, or replace the template's logo which you can find in the images folder:
