Can you please provide us with an access info to your Joomla admin panel? The access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
Sorry to disturbing again, but I have 3 more issue.
1. In the front page (Home) there are in the bottom Popular Info where the are 11 links to some article but only the last one is working.
2. When I will (READ MORE) one the 4 header one front page it start on the top of home page an not below where the read more text are - Can this be fixed?
3. Can´t get Youtube Plugin to work - Have made a test article called Youtube - Q5, but nothing comes when open - Can you also fix this

How do I install the product purchased the template download but how do I upload it to joomla?

Hello CRISS7878,
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/209-002058
I have a problem with Art Slider and JCH Optimize in my/this template. Samuel (from JCH Optimize) tested some days and he suggests following solution. Perhaps it is possible for you to help me in this case:
"It seems like the only reliable way to resolve this is to keep the Optimize CSS Delivery feature disabled unfortunately. This is because the slider uses javascript to render and to even set the height of that section. When you use javascript to perform some of the initial render to sections of the page above the fold it tends to conflict with the Optimize CSS Delivery feature. It's as if the javascript doesn't get to kick in at the correct time to render the slider section so the sections below rides up to fill the space.
Ideally the slide should use CSS to render the first slide then use javascript to rotate through the slides when the page is fully loaded. That's the best way to implement sliders so they can be optimized properly by deferring or loading the javascript asynchronously and optimize the CSS delivery without affecting the functionality of the page."
If necessary I can sent you link to see yourself what happens if JCH Optimize ist enabled.

We are sorry, we cannot help you in this case, most of sliders are working in the same way like our slider.
The mistake during install a component -Acymailing:
JFolder: :delete: Путь не ведет к каталогу (Incorrect path, not to folder). Путь: /home/qualityfor/domains/qualityfor.ru/public_html/components/com_acymailing/sef_ext

But I have found a big problem for me.
The used font Michroma is not contain a cyrrylic symbols. It means that I cannot correct articles and modules without design changes (((
Could you reccomend me a same font that may working with cyryllic (Russian) language?
