Hello AEEVENTS,
Our suggestion is to install this template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings, the package installation will save days of your time. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

We have purchased your Joomla Business Template Nr. 002058 and I´m just about to fill it with our contents. I wanted to change the order of the 4 buttons Solutions, Analytics, Strategy, Targeting below the slider images on the home page by drag and drop in the article list, but I could not manage it.
After or through this trial, however, the position of the "read more" texts of the same 4 buttons has unfortunately changed, although I haven´t even opened the articles to edit them. The texts do not open any more as a new page like the default setting, but appear right after the 4 buttons on the home page completely hiding the next module block with the special services.
Could you please send me a short description how I can reset the default position of the read more texts (i.e. on a new page) and change the order of the 4 specific articles mentioned above?
Thank you for the link you sent me to reorder the columns on the top page. I will try it out immediately. But the problem with the read more texts is still there. I haven´t resolved it.
The 4 grey columns with the round icons on the top page (Solutions, Analytics, Strategy, Targeting) open the read more texts on a new page in the default setting. Our problem is that on our website the read more texts appear right after the columns on the top page and not separately on a new one. And the next module block with the "Special services" is completely hidden in this case.
How can I reset the default position of the read more texts?

In case to show the article content on separate page you have to create a menu item for it, then you will be able to manage modules assignment.

It can be done by uploading changed files on your server via FTP only, unfortunately Joomla does not have another option.

I am asking about the templates compatability with PHP 7.3
I am running a standard install of the template with no extra extensions other than the ones it came with. When I upgrade to PHP 7.3, the site crashes and I get a white page wityh "Error" displayed.
Thank you for oyur reply re: PHP 7.3 compatability. AS I have heavily customised the headings etc of the template, my concern is installing the update will delete many of these changes. If I do install the update, will changes I have made be overwritten?

You can do it by editing existing css files or by creating your own and uploading it in the style.custom.css file.
You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firefox Web Development tools

Would you mind informing how to disable the border each image has in this template? The PNG transparent images do not work too.
