Yes I have disabled the module Slider in AS-position 5 and the Navigation Horizontal Tab is disappear. Could you send me plesase the dimension of the Image to insert in the AS Slider in Pixel?

The image size should be 1680x580 px, but we think it is not a problem, there is some conflict between extensions or you have not configured the slider, all the slider parameters and values you can see here:
