It is because position-22 is located in content area, the content area size on your contacts page is 9 columns.
You have to move your google maps in position 23 or 24.

Please be sure you overrided all the following constants:
There is no special problem with the home but if i disable that module position, there is still some space (to much white space above the green footerblock) and a collored line. We don't want that space and line:-).

The white area is an area for your page content, you have to take the custom html from position 7 and put it in an article, then publish on the page: http://blog.astemplates.com/how-to-display-new-article-on-joomla-home-page/#more-183

then i tried to install the template and its ok, but when i open it it wont open.
The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, you cannot install it on the existing Joomla, please carefully read the template documentation: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/212-002057
