Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
I gotten the last comment from you, I already installed on my server all extensions /installed successfully , However I cannot see the template on the list of templates.

Please do not install any languages during the package installation, languages you will be able to install after the package installation in your Joomla admin panel.

You have a problem with Article single module, we also tested it with another default Joomla templates - the same problem. We think some files were corrupted during Joomla update, our suggestion is to use Custom html module instead Article single module.
The contact form is no longer visible on the front end. The menu item refers to contacts and single contact person. I think it has come after update to joomla 3.7.5 or earlier. I am using template version 1.2.2.
I am right that this is a know issue, and that there is a new version (1.5.0) that solved this problem?
If yes, which files i have to update?
