During the quick-start package installation do not install any languages, the additional language you will be able to install in your Joomla admin panel after quick-start package installation only.

Unfortunately Joomla does not have an option for updating templates like it can be done for extensions, the template can be updated by uploading the changed files on your server via FTP, the list of changed files you can find here: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-news/212-002057

No any problems, it is up to you, if everything is OK on your website it is not needed to updated these extensions.
In any case, do not forget about backup before any update.
I am having an issue with positions 24 en 30 on my website at https://www.virtical.nl. In the example of the template those positions are screen wide. On my website they are not screen wide. What am I doing wrong?

But how can I update or install the new extensions:

we have removed the Google Map plugin from our website because using this plugin requires a new key and this is no longer free.
To generate a new key it is necessary to deposit our credit card data.
In the Google Maps window was the note it is for developers only.
