Joomla! Template 002059 - Item Support

Hello,

I want to buy this template and I have some questions I would like to ask.
1) Can I use my own colour choice, for example in the footer, in the main content, in the top etc.?
2) Can I add my own logo?
3) Is this template compatible with Internet Explorer 11?
4) Can I write in my own language, i.e. Greek?
I'm looking forward to your reply
Thank you very much
Vasileios Botis

Hello MLODYMCE,
1. Yes, it is delivered with quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page.
2. All modules are included in the package.
3. You will need to install Polish language pack in the Joomla admin panel.

Hello,
I just installed the template and extensions from the zip-file. There are warnings like this when I open the Template:
Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/.sites/133/site1465/web/templates/as002059/component.php/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/.sites/133/site1465/web:/home/.sites/133/site1465/tmp:/usr/share/pear) in /home/.sites/133/site1465/web/administrator/components/com_templates/models/template.php on line 111
I'm looking forward to your replay.

Hello DORISTR,
You have some misconfiguration on your server.

Regards, AS Team.
I bought the template - and installed the as002059_quickstart.zip file, but I can not get further than the pre-installation, because one item "Magic Quotes GPC Off ' is marked as NO.

What do I do?

best regards
Charlotte
Hello CHARLOTTEMUNCH,
It is not problem with the quick-start package, in your case you will not be able to install even the regular joomla package. You have to contact your server provider and ask to turn magic quotes to 'On'.

Hi, I have bought this template and wonder how I can change the "Welcome" text there you can find it right under as-position-21? I want to change the title to swedish instead.

And how do I go to templates CSS for editing?

Thank you.
Hello EKONOMISPARARNA,
Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package?
If yes, the article you can find in your Joomla admin panel -> Content -> Article manager, under category Home, the article name is 'Welcome'.

All css files you can find in the template css folder.

Regards, AS Team.
Hello, thanks for quick answer! Yes, I installed the template using Quickinstaller. I have tried to change the articles name welcome to something else, but still it's 'welcome' on the front end, even if I unpublish the whole article the articles text is gone, but not the title 'welcome'

Do you have some others ideas?
Hello EKONOMISPARARNA,
Sorry for misunderstanding, the heading you can change in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home -> Page Display -> Page Heading.

Regards, AS Team.
Hi
How do I change the coordinates on the "Contact us map" ?
best regards from Denmark
Hello CHARLOTTEMUNCH,
The coordinates you can change in your Joomla admin panel -> Extensions -> Plugin manager -> Google Maps -> Location settings.

Regards, AS Team.
Thanks for all your help - I appreciate that very much!

I have another problem - on my main page (http://www.festivalsilkeborg.dk) I have four "Read more" links (as in the template). Is it possible to redirect to a new page - and not just to a different position?
Hello CHARLOTTEMUNCH,
In your case you have to create a new menu, in the menu create a menu item, the item type should be 'single article' then assign one of your articles (with "Read More" button) to the menu item and config the menu item options.

Regards, AS Team.
Thank you very much for your help - I will try to make it work!

And now I have one last question (for a while I hope) on a vertical menu position - it does not seem to be possible - can that be right?

Many greetings
Charlotte
Hello CHARLOTTEMUNCH,
Sorry, not quite understood your question regarding vertical menu position.

Regards, AS Team.
like this one - http://www.musikrampen.dk/index.php/foreningen - with both a menu at the top and a menu to the right
Hello CHARLOTTEMUNCH,
Do you mean menu on the left? Yes, you have such option, you can create a new menu and publish it on the left or right sides in module positions: 10, 11, 15 and/or 16.
