Joomla! Template 002059 - Item Support

I have alredy tried those positions on many pages and gets this error every time:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class modASMenuHelper in /var/www/festivalsilkeborg.dk/public_html/modules/mod_as_menu/helper.php on line 15
Hello CHARLOTTEMUNCH,
The AS Menu is designed for position 1 only, for sidebars you have to use native Joomla menu module.

Dear Support

Currently I am using this template's free version. I use it as a mock display in order for out company to create a new websites. When my design is approved, obviously we will purchase the commercial one.
But currently I found an error while using this template, the error was :

NOTICE : Undefined variable : tmpL_style in ............index.php on line 64

Will you kindly provide me the needed support.
Thank you and best regards

Hello MYCELCIUS,
The issue was fixed, please download the latest version and replace index.php and component.php files, and thank you for the notice.

Dear Support,

Thank you, the error is fixed now. However, there is another issue I would like to consult. As suggested, I also download and activate AS Art Slider at 'Position 5' and AS Responsive Menu at 'Position 1', but the slider wouldn't go to the most top position, there is a gap (with background pattern) at the top most of the site.

At the demo, the top most wast covered by black menu to switch the view.
How can I make the slider to cover to the top most of the site?

Best Regards,

Agung

Hi,

I just purchased this template, I looked at module positioning too, How can I change the text that's in the middle and has no positioning? The welcome text in between positions 21 and 22. I looked at the template it loads something from <jdoc:include type="message" />
<jdoc:include type="component" />

where exactly the content of this component on the main page?

Thanks in advance
ok I found where to change that info. That is taken care of.

Did you notice that when you are in the iphone view (or shrink the browser in width) the footer part with contact us, social links and newsletter is looking weird due to alignments. Can you please look into that? It doesn't look all in-place.

Thanks,

Murat
Hello GENCOSOFT,
We made some changes, please check our demo preview page, if it is OK you have to add the following code at the end of 'media.768.css' file:

.footer-row-1 .moduletable
{
margin-bottom: 35px;
}

.acymailing_form,
.acymailing_form .acysubbuttons
{
text-align: left;
}

Great, thanks !
Another quick question,

I have a table with two columns, however It won't fit when the screen is shrunk and doesn't automatically behave responsive (expected). What attributes/classes I should use ? Basically I want the two columns to show one below another (or as two rows) for smaller devices.

Thanks,

Hi,
Please see http://www.atlanticvoip.com/products there is a table with two columns in the content. The column that says "Please select a product" should wrap and show under the bullet points when the screen is adjusting smaller screen size (just like other parts of the template).
Hello GENCOSOFT,
You are using tables in your article: <table> <tr> and <td> , you can't use them for responsive designs, please use <div>s only.

Regards, AS Team.
Ok I changed to div's now, it behaves fine in FF, shows two div's side by side and when shrinks moves second div below the first one.

But it doesn't show side by side in Safari or Chrome, it automatically lists div below each other even tho the browser is full screen on a 24" monitor.

Please don't get me wrong, I am not asking you to program for me, I am only trying to figure out which classes should I apply to my div's so they will behave correctly. Since you are the creator of the css, I thought you could give a quick hint rather me trying to dig all the styles. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Hi ASTemplates:
I have just bought your 2059 template. I succeeded in changing all the various css files to my colors, but I have not been able to find how to change the orange colored line under the ASMenu.
Please let me know how to change this.
I love the template, and especially the front-end access to all the modules!
Thank you and continue the good work!
regards
