In as-position6 I want to only have a layout of three colums across the page and not four. I cannot see in the css or template manager in Joomla how to do this.
Also in the footer as-position 30 I want to move the Headings to the left, and reduce the column width for contact me and follow so that I have the space to put the photo under the title books available at.

You have to set bootstrap column size parameter for each of published extension in position 6 to 4 columns, the parameter you can find under the extension Advanced Options tab.

Now I upgraded to Joomla 3.4.5 and the slider are not working anymore (only Spinning Symbol).
I've renewed my licence for your template and downloaded the newest Version 1.3.1.
BUT I cannot find a documentation HOW TO UPGRADE to the newest Version? Do you have such a document?

Please check your site it should be OK now.
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
It will save you a lot of your time.

I am also trying to add the "Our Advantage" and "Why Fezi" Modules to the About Us Page but these do not appear even after i select that they appear on this page.
So just to clarify for myself... do I still need to hide it in both the article and the menu or is the menu actually overrides the article's property? or vise versa?

you have just to delete it.
You have two 'About' menu items, one of them is disabled, you are trying to add modules under disabled menu item.

I have an article with "read more" tag.
I turned the "Show Intro Text" property to HIDE
When I go into the article I can still see the intro text.
Any idea what am I doing wrong?
