We recommend to install quick-start package because it includes everything what is need for our templates, using the package you can preview all settings and parameters.
Have you purchased any templates from other companies? It is interesting if somebody connected to you PC and checked your server configuration for free, or maybe provided you with free customization services? Anyway thank you, we learned a lot from you.
I installed a slider extension (responsivebannerslider) compatible with Joomla 3x.
It have used the AS -5 - position for the the new slider but it appears to be
1152px wide which I believe is 20px too wide?
Can you look at the URL page and help me find the code to adjust this measurement.Thanks

It looks like you have not defined bootstrap size, the parameter you can find under the extension advanced options tab, you have set it to 12.
hi I bought AS 002062 template, mainly because I loved the front end. However after a successful instal and set up, I then tried to load in my primary extension (love factory) to use for only registered members, and it completely messed up the site. I did a factory restore and now i'm getting an error message and the sites all funky looking. Can this template be used so that it can have an extension like this added to it, or is there a method to using it as a front page only and using my extension as the inside of my site?
Sorry, our team is not able to provide support for any of third-party extensions, but in general everything should work fine, in most cases you will need just to add your css.
Do you have a list of module class suffixes for individual module styling?
For example on your demo "About" page....the module "Why our Studio"
module is background colour grey & the blocknumber is black background with red circle border

We are sorry, we are not using any module class suffixes, the colors you can change by editing css only.
I actually did use the quick instal and I'm still having massive issues. When you login to the site it's supposed to go directly to our other theme, but instead it logs in and the only thing there is the front-page again. Would you know why that's happening? I turned home page 2 into the visitors template for their actives, but it doesn't show only the front page does...
Also if I were to use just the template not the quick instal do you have a manual or something that will tell me which files I need to create just the front page. I do not need anything other then the front page...you don't happen to design from page templates only do you? Anyway is there a way for me to find out exactly what I need to recreate the front page only without any other content?

The best way is install the quick-start package to some demo folder, after installing the package you will be able to see how everything was done and create your own page.
1) At the startpage there is a placeholder at the top called "Art Services Michael Studio". How can I change this?
2) When I click "Gallery" I get a new view. At the top of that page over the pics there are 4 categories: Show all, our guys, sexy girls, in studio. Are these categories a kind of tags? How can I change them?

1. This is your site logo image which can be found on your server: 'templates/as002062/images/logo.png', the image you can edit using any images redactor.
2. The category names you can change in your Joomla admin panel -> Content -> Category manager.
I have a main nav horizontal menu and have added a second vertical menu.
But this menu doesn`t show up even though I have assigned the module to various pages. All I get is a blank white page. For example if you click on www.inplaytrading/.co.uk/about
What am I missing?

thanks for the timely response! But now I've got another question: If I add another category, the added category doens't appear at the live site. Is the number of categories limited? What do I have to do, that 5 categories are displayed at the top?

next question: I can`t seem to hide article or module titles. I have set global options to hide and in the article options also set to hide
