What is your website url please? Have you installed it using quick-start installation package? You cannot put image in the form, you have to put it out of the form in some position.

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The package installation will save days of your work. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

I have installed JomSocial but the new users can not sign in because Your template also doesn't display field verification notices (as my password requires one uppercase letter and one symbol.)
How can I display field verification?

Please note, that this is for the time being only a test-version.
When everything works fine, we will buy the PRO-Version.

Can you please provide us with more info regarding the second issue, sorry not quite understand it.
There is no way to display the standard contact-form of joomla. Here, only the contact-details are displayed, but no contact-form.
On a standard joomla-template, it's ok.

as it seems, I can only download the quickstart package after purchasing the premium-version. But that won't happen as long as we cannot ensure our customer that the needed functions will work fine.

meanwhile, I found the problem with the contact form. I had to enable "Show Contact List", then, the contact-form appears. Don't understand that, but OK now.
Still not resolved: Use of text-logo doesn't work. Even not in the quickstart-package. Only Image-Logos work.
paid for a template that never worked and when asked for details nobody answers! took my money and that was it! how can i solve my problem?
