Joomla! Template 002063 - Item Support

Hello AS Team,

Thank you very much for the quick response. I followed the directions in the installation documentation. Everything occurred as as described once the quickstart package was uploaded to localhost. Unfortunately, after using Extension > Manage > Discover and assigning as002063 as the default template, the template did not appear as a quickstart package. It instead appeared without any of the content, images or components.

Please advise regarding troubleshooting.
Hello PPATTERSON,
It seems you forgot to install the template sample data, please check the Finalisation step of the template installation documentation:

Hi AS Team,

After repeated installation attempts using the directions you provided, I am not given a choice to install sample data.

My Joomla instance is installed on GoDaddy servers, and I am not sure how to access that option during install. See my procedure below.

1. Upload as002063_Quickstart to public_html using cPanel
2. Extract the package using the cPanel extract feature
3. Remove Installation folder appears on domain
[there is no choice to setup database or install sample data]
3. Discover and install via Extensions in Joomla administration
4. Set as002063 as default template

Is there another procedure to follow that will provide that option in GoDaddy?
Hello PPATTERSON,
Access to your database you have to receive from your hosting provider.

Hello AS-Team,

we would like to widen the frame on position 5 to have a horizontally full screen. Is this possible with this template? What can we do?

Thank you forward.
Hello MEMELE23,
What is your website url and the page where do you need to make the changes?

Hi AS Team,

AS 002063-I have installed and expanded the Quick Start for Templates, but the templates are not reflected.
Although there is certainly a folder, it cannot be confirmed from the management screen. How can this be solved?

Regards
Hi
As already asked in the question, the following is also displayed on my site.
This redirect url is not allowed, you should change the "Allowed domains for the redirection via the module" parameter from the AcyMailing configuration page to "localhost | superrepair.sakura.ne.jp" to allow it or set it to "all" to allow all urls
Hello AS Team,

Do you need the

backend login ?

Hello MEMELE23,
Just checked your website, it looks good, have you managed to resolve the problem?

Regards, AS Team.
Hello,

no I think you didn't fully understand the problem. I just want to change the slider. He should no longer be locked up in a box. Rather, it should go across the entire width of the screen. The rest of the template is great, we just want to update it over time. And to do this, the slider should simply be changed optically.
Can you adjust this in the template so that the slider extends across the entire width of the screen?

Since we like the template so much, we don't want to take another one.

Kind regards
Hello MEMELE23,
We are sorry, the slider width is fixed, the template does not have an option to resize it to the full page width, it should be developed.

Regards, AS Team.
Hello AS Team,

I like the template with great design, can I use custom CSS for this?
Even if I write the original CSS code, it is not reflected at all. What should I do?

regards
Hello MUSCLEKUMA,
Your custom css you have to put in the style.custom.css file.
