I have just bought this template but I'm not able to download it.
The download process starts, but it has stopped at 0% and 1 hour 30 minutes remaining. It has been like this for half an hour now.
Can you please help me with this?

Just checked, everything is fine, if you still have any problems with downloading the package we can upload it directly to your server, in this case we will need an access to your server via FTP.

Hello PIMPEKJOZA,
A quickstart is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, choosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place. The sample data in the quickstart package is also personalised according to the template and is much different to the sample data found in the default Joomla package.
Our suggestion is to install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.

Your server does not support Search Engine Friendly URLs, after we disabled this option in your Joomla admin panel -> Global configurations -> Site -> SEO settings panel your site is working fine.

Do you have a list of icons that are avalible in the UL Class="address" that are used in contacts? I could use a misc or info icon.
All icons you can find in the bootstrap.css file, just make search for 'icon', then you can insert necessary icons in your HTML.
