I'm configuring a new installation, without quickstart.
I installed quickstart in a different directory. I see that in a new installation miss in the menu voices the " Expose menu settinngs" and its relative plugin. How can I install it?

You no need to install any separate plugin for that. Go to template settings you will get mega menu settings there and publish mega menu in appropriate position of the template.
I have a issue with your template.
When I create a menu voice with "Category Blog" and set 1 leading article and intro articles in 2 column visualization, the leading article still remain 2. I observe this in my clean installation and in your quickstart package also.
How can I fix it?
