I purchased this template today and I am having some issues getting the quickstart to work. I created a folder in my cPanel titled joomla. Uploaded the zip file, then extracted. When I type the url/joomla i get this message:
"Error 404 - Not Found
The document you are looking for may have been removed or re-named. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance."
I am using inmotion hosting with cPanel.

You have to write: url/joomla/kickstart.php
I am still receiving the same error. Does the folder need to be moved to the public_html folder? Sorry, been years since I've worked in cPanel.

Yes, it should be uploaded into public_html folder. PLease be sure you unzipped as002085_quickstart.zip package.
Are you going to install Joomla 3 or 4? It it will be 4 you have to add to the end of url: kickstart.php
Joomla 4. I added kickstart.php and was able to pull up the Akeeba Kickstart. I set it to write files directly and get error:
An error occurred
An unexpected error occurred
I tried some of Akeeba's suggestions with changing max/min execution time but to no avail.
I also tried to use FTP but get this error:
"wrong ftp initial directory- the directory doesn't correspond with sites web root"
I having troubles installing this template ( Without joomla so only the template )
My joomla version is 4.2.6 and while trying installing is see the following error.
" JInstaller: :Install: Bestand bestaat niet ([ROOT]/tmp/install_63a0b30c9bca8/error.php
Template installeren: Kan bestanden niet kopiëren van de files bron."
The first message means, file doesn't excist" and the second message means "not possible to copy from the file source"
What is very strange is that when i install the joomla 3 version it looks okay and no error dissapear. Accept that then the frontend is not working at all.
Dont know what to do to install this template for joomla 4.
Can you give me an hand?

We made update yesterday, please download the latest version from your AS account and try to install it again.
Well, I think we are allmost there.
I installed the new downloaded template and that looks good.
No errors and in the backend everything looks okay.
There is a " little" problem in the frontend ;-)
The site does not work and the next message dissapear.
CALL TO A MEMBER FUNCTION ADDSTYLESHEET() ON NULL
I dont know what it means and where i have to start looking.
When i go back to another template the site works again.

We need an access to your Joomla admin panel please, the access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
There is no menu.
When i change in the backend the template to another one there are also some problems.
Even when i go back to the template i bought it is not okay and the template will not dissapear.
So, i really like your effort and support but unfortunately it is not okay at this moment.
