I don't know what happened to the website yesterday. Suddenly the language in the backend was set to English. I couldn't see the submenu items. But today - miraculously - the backend is German again and I can create the menu items and see them too.
So, do nothing! Sorry

1.) Will this template be available for Joomla 4.x?
2.) Could it be programmed without mootools because that JS lib is breaking the display of the PhocaMaps extension (satellite view). Thread at Phoca: https://www.phoca.cz/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=62703
