Thank you for noticing about this issue, just fixed it, the latest version you can download from your AS account.
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings, the installation will save days of your work. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.

I am trying to lineup articles-newsflash at as-position-6 with the base of header image as per your template at the moment the articles-newsflash is below the header image, also the images in the articles-newsflash on the home page are apearing to the left of the box.

You missed page class suffix, in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main menu -> Home menu item under Page Display tab please add 'home-page' class in the Page class parameter.
Also you should set the image intro alignment to none instead of left.
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. For example I will cachange some colours, or I will edit the text in the slider..and so on..

How can i remove the smoothy slide effect, when i scroll down the page.
I don't want to load it when i scroll, I would like to load the whole front page at one time
I found a "Transition: opacity 0.7s ease-in-out 0.1s" with firefug. When I delete this, the thing is loaded when i scroll but without effect.
But i want to remove this, that this is only loaded when I scroll down
