Can you please help me to install from begining joomla , template to be in form with illustrative pictures on the whole process as i saw in your website categorized with pages panners log in all the design and i am willing to pay your charge .with condition not leave me till i see template in appropriate shape as i saw in your company publicity for it

I bought the WOODLANDS PT template
I have not been able to successfully complete the installation, although I followed the recommendations in the documents.
The URL appeared like this: http://anthonyconstructionllc.com/installation/index.php?view=finalise
And this error is generated:
Lost
The requested URL /installation/index.php was not found on this server.
In addition, a 404 error was found when trying to use an ErrorDocument to manage the request.
Can you help me please? I remain attentive. Thank you very much.

I wanted to run the installer. What I require is the server login details so that I may perform the installation. These are the password and database details. For the email, that is the one you've quoted above.
I installed this template with quickstart several times, but I can't access to back-end ( admin panel), after typing admin and password nothing happens.
The admin user and password are ok.
I'm experienced Joomla user. How to solve this problem?

You can reset the password directly via phpmyadmin. If you have access to the database tables, change directly under _users table.

Might be due to various factors like one of the extension in the admin section preventing login, your browser cache among others. If your website is online, please provide login details via the email provided in the template user manual I also try to login.
