Have you tried updating the said extension to the latest version? If not, please do so. If your website were online, I would have tried to check the configuration.

I added a few values to the JSN Uniform. After that the form layout (Adventure) is not proper.
Please check and inform.

The original styling only catered for a few fields, as shown in the demo site. However, since adding more fields distorts the layout, I will provide a styling update to fix this.
The Documentation link is still not working. It gives 404 error.
Regarding the forms, will the layout be same as JSN Uniform, as in the demo.

Documentation: I am working to sort this out. In the meantime, you are encouraged to write in via e-mail regarding any query that you might be having.
Forms: Since the template contains specific styling for JSN Uniform, I cannot guarantee that it will be same- unless I restyle it. Regarding the layout, you can make it be have a similar layout.

I did receive your login details. When I tried to run the installer, there was a problem establishing a connection to the database- probably due to mismatched password. Please provide the database password so that I may proceed. Send it to the e-mail address you used previously.
