we remember an issue with installing an older Version of Joomla (3.5) last year. There was the same thing with proceeding the Installation steps. Our hoster told us, that he had to comment out session.save_path in /etc/php.ini
As we told you, we installed several days before some other packages of Joomla 3.7.2 without any problem.

We are receiving blank page by opening your hosting provider website, probably you can provide us with FTP access?
Your Joomla installation page looks strange, it is missing some css, also missed templateDetails page: 'ks_test/templates/as002103/templateDetails.xml'
Please be sure you uploaded a full package on your server.
we did it exactly as described in your documentation.
After unzipping the unzipmefirst package, we uploaded the as002103_quickstart.zip to our Server (it is still present there) and unzipped it online directly on the Server with the unzip.php
Your can use the provided Access data for an ftp Client like filezilla to have a look. Please use a secure way to log in (sftp).

We do not see any content on your server, probably it is locked for our area, try first unzip the template quick-start package on your localhost and then transfer all files on your server via FTP.
thank your very much for your Support and your effort.
It took the time til now to delete all the items in the online folder and to upload again the extracted more than 10.000 files.
This was the reason why we unzipped the package online.
But there must be a difference between doing it local or online.
Now it works.

I'd like to increase main menu font size. I only have two layout options in main menu module, one from default and one from AS template and I can't see any other options... do I have to edit css files?

The font size you can change using the AS Superfish module parameters, you can find them under Menu Options tab.

We are sorry, Komento component does not have Portuguese language, you can translate it by your self by editing en-GB.com_komento.ini and en-GB.com_komento.sys.ini files from the 'languages' folder.
When I would use the 'Bootstrap Collapse' module, the page which should contain this module is crashed and absolutely empty. I get this error message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ModArticlesNewsAdvHelper
Otherwise the module works properly on a virgin site.
Can I fix it somehow?
