Yes, you can get the same performance as it is in the demo and it can be improved more as it is dependent upon your server.
You will get a Quickstart Package, which is ready to go package. You just need to replace the content to make a website as it is in the demo.
- A Template only which can be installed on your existing Joomla.
- All the extensions which are used in the template. (You will not get activation key for the extension instead you will get an activated version. )

I hope you can help or you have an idea: I have a German webhoster an the max upload filesize is 64 MB. Within this contract I cannot change the size to 128. The php.ini is default and cannot be edited. Now... I really like the template but I bought a template, which I cannot use. Any ideas? Thanks for you help

The template is only a few MB in size, what you are trying to install is the quickstart. But you can't install the quickstart using Joomla installer.
You can upload the file using FTP or File manager and then user that instead.

The problems seems like the way you have setup the template. I saw the you have now installed Helix.
We can only offer a refund if the problem with our product. If you want I can go ahead and install the quickstart package for you removing what you already have there.

Sometimes the issue is not with the product but with the hosting environment in general.
After the Update to Joomla Joomla 3.9.24 I only see white pages in the frontend.
I have an Update error message:
your Smart Slider 3 license key invalid, please enter again!
Failed to extract file: api.php_action_joomla_update_product_smartslider3_pro_1_.....de_license_platform_joomla

I am unable to access your site frontend and even backend. It looks like a problem from the server-side.
I have now reinstalled the jdohio website, the frotend is visible, you should now be able to understand the problem.
I still see only white pages in the frontend after updating to Joomla Joomla 3.9.24. Extensions update is not possible. (Update error, your Smart Slider 3 license key invalid, please enter again! Failed to extract file: api.php_action_joomla_update_product_smartslider3
_pro_1_domain _..... de_license_platform_joomla.
Php Version 7.4 is currently running.
I ask for your support again.
I was able to eliminate the error with the joomla update by reinstalling the template. Only the problem with the Smart Slider 3 license key is still there.
