Hi, I am intrested in the template.
I would like to buy the regular licence option 'ET Hotel Booking' but I am new to Joomla and very experinced. Will I have your support. After the purchase will the website come with the full content or would it be empty? And you will have to fill everything in as on a demo version.

I have purchased the template 'ET Hotel Booking' changed a many things on Joomla, however I can not find where I amend the top main bar (with adress, phone number etc) and logo. In my opinion, page is visible because it is showing on the live website when I open it but where I change it I can not find.

You just go to Template Settings, open tab "Basic", find option such as "Logo", "Contact" and "Social".
I am now having problems with the payment and invoice issue on the website. Basically, on my Joomla template it comes up with this message when I try to click on the payment option:
"Notice: plugin Solidres Invoice is not installed or enabled. Become a subscriber and download it now."
Same for the payment option. Do I have to become a subscriber? and if so how much is it? Because when I was buying the website I thought it would be all-inclusive in one payment. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Looking forward hearing from you.

Can you advise me please, if I pick a 'single' plan would I be able to use payment options/ invoice's etc? I can see it includes PayPal however would I still need to pay every month a card fees?
Also on my website, I figured out I can't do it but I would like to add an 'extra'. For example when someone is booking one room. For them to specify how many hours and how many extra people are staying. If only one extra person it would be £10 per hour extra. If that makes sense. If total number for one booking is 5 people and the price is £100. If a party of 6 staying I want them to be able to add that extra person for the price of £10 per hour. (At the moment it lets me choose how many people extra and the total amount charge, but it doesnt have a more broad option for the hours. For the system to work it out itself before the payment )
In regards to the above, would I be able to have some help to how I can make it a reality? I have no idea how to do this, would it be even possible?

We're using Free version of Solidres, via your message, it means you must use PRO version of this extension in order to use that function https://www.solidres.com/subscribe/solidres-for-joomla
