Open the admin section of the template > optins > settings > customizer. There are various options available for changing colours of different sections. For example, to change the blue colour for big modules, scroll down to panel while the advanced box is ticked and then for primary background, enter the colour of your choice.
As I had mentioned in the previous comment, the upcoming update will include presets for different colours that have already been made. Yours will just be to select on from the layouts section of the template admin area.

Hello, it is possible to change some colors in the adminpanel but the backgroung of the whole template I must change in the css.
Another question. How can I use the HERO LAYOUT form starting, without settings in the modules? It should be so like in the example in the PORTFOLIO > HERO LAYOUT.

There is an update which I have already provided to the admin at ASTEMPLATES to upload so that it is available for download. It contains preset for dark colours.
For the hero layout, it uses uikit grid html code. Here is an example of how to achieve this:

Hello, I still cant change the darkblue color behind the logo and in the blocks, just in css. It is a very complicated template, for me. I can change all, just not that I need.

Open maxwell template > options > Settings > Customizer. Make sure that the "Advanced" box is ticked. Scroll to "Buttons, Navs & Badges." Under Buttons, Navs & Badges, scroll down to "Logo Background." Choose any colour using the colour selector. You can also have a transparent background by dragging the horizontal bar either to the extreme left for complete transparency or vary it opacity.
