I have created two modules of type "Newsflash" and place them in positions 24 and 25 respectively. Although in the Template Manager:Edit Style Interface, under Links and Buttons has the Button font color is set to FFFFFF, the read more links are not rendering as such i.e. the read more text is not white.
The read more text is the default color of the body text (I believe 3F3C38). I have tested this in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I have also tested it with various versions of Joomla 2.5 both on my local computer and on my hosting provider server. The result is the same.
I have been working on this for the past 5 days. Can you assist me please? My project is due today.

Hello CNLEWIS,
It works only in case if you using custom background pattern, for predefined patterns you have to create your own css and put in custom.css file.

Hi,
I chose to do the following work around:
1) Open the params.general.php file,
2) Goto the Main Column - Row 2 section,
3) Goto the switch statement and set set the value for "$maincolumn_row2_linkcolorhover" to FFFFFF for the case where $body_bgpattern is 'royal'.
Thanks for your assistance. I consider this matter closed.
