there is a problem with my template installation. Joomla 3.4.1 tells me after installation it's done. But when I go to templates, AS 002032 is not shown. I'd controlled in FTP, everything seems to be ok, AS template is shown in templates. What is to do?

Hi,
I deleted now all files and installed only template.zip (this is not a new site, I only change the template. Now it seems to be ok beside the as-menue, it shows no submenues. What may be the reason? It's connected to topmenue which contains also the submenues.

It seems you have some jQuery conflict, our menu script blocks by some extension on your website, in case to find the problematic one our suggestion is to disable one-by-one all installed extensions which are not included in the template package.

Hello, I'm not sure what's going wrong. I installed the free version for testing, build up 2 pages and 2 menu item in mainmenu. homepage is shown but no menu???

Now there is a problem Icannot understand:
I loaded complete Joomla up to my account per ftp. when I try to start backend of Joomla the following text appears:
Warning: session_start(): Failed to read session data: user (path: /tmp) in /kunden/435547_76863/2019/libraries/joomla/session/handler/native.php on line 260
Error: Failed to start application: Failed to start the session
local everything is ok (localhost/joomla/administrator).
in configutaion/server the path is:
\htdocs\joomla/temp
What is to do???
