Hi. I have just purchased the premium template but cannot see where to install the template and sample data in the admin backend. I have Joomla 3.3 installed, Thanks.

You can't install sample data in the admin backend, the sample data is included in the quick-start package. The quickstart is a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, choosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place.
