Hello GITARRE,
You have 3 options:
1. By overriding TPL_COM_CONTENT_GALLERY_FILTER_SHOW_ALL constant in your Joomla admin panel -> Extensions -> Language Manager -> Overrides.
2. Or by editing the above constant in the "languageen-GBen-GB.tpl_as002032.ini" file.

I have a problem with the blog: http://neu.knauf-design.de/index.php/materialien . Haw can I change it, I've tried all setups in the Blog-Layout Section. I need three columns.

It seems you missed some div closing tag, or you have some special characters in your article content, try to unpublishe one-by-one your articles in case to find the article which makes you problems.

If I go to Read more (Weiterlesen) for opening the complete article so it will be opened under HOME menu. I have there category blog to show 3 of the news.
