Hi, just purchased your template today, I have install it 3 times now using quick start method, and I have verified I have chosen the sample data. The template is not in template manger, and I can't find any of the pluggins there. I was able to see these items in the directories through file manager. Buyt not in the install.
One thing to note, When I unzipped the quickstart into the directory, it came up and said it was successfuly installed. I had to rename the config.php to configphp.bak inorder for it to allow me to enter the install wizard.
Please help.

Try to install it one more time, before the installation please delete all files and database tables from the old installation, then upload quick-start package on your server, unzip it and run the installation accordingly to the following page:
Please be sure you selected the template sample data during the finalization step.

This is not a reload of a site, this is a new install.
I have deleted everything in the directory, deleted the database tables re-uploaded the quick start zip, extracted the files and followed all instructions including checking to install sample data, my results are the same.

It seems you did not install the template sample data or parameters in configuration.php file points on some other database, or you have a wrong database table suffix.

Thank you for your response.
I have completed this again.
I have removed EVERYTHING from the home directory.
I DROPPEd ALL TABLES from Database.
I uploaded the as002034_quickstart.zip zip file
Extracted it.
removed configuration.php file
Went to my site ran the Install wizard as directed
I MADE SURE install sample data was done.
I still am getting a plain joomla look, no template installed
I check the file manager and in the template folder the template is there, but in Extensions manager it is not.
Can you help.

After going through things completely, I have found the problem, and it should be corrected on your end.
The install script for sample data, installs the data to table prefix
'asj34_' it does not readt the table prefix assign during the joomla install wizard. So when my sight was installed it installed with on dbprefix then your sample data was installed, but to 'asj34_' prefix, on every attempt. To make my site work, I had to define my db with your prefix (which was not in the instructions).
Either correct the script or add this step to the instructions to help others.
