While I was adding new menu item to a Contact Us menu it showed:
"Save failed with the following error: Another menu item has the same alias in Root. Root is the top level parent"
and I couldn't save the menu item. I figured that change another menu name would solve the problem but I really want to use the Contact Us menu name. Please show me how to...

The alias should be unique for each menu item, you can use the same title, but not the alias, the item alias you can find and menu title, please see the following article as example: http://astemplates.com/itemdetails.php?id=115&page=howto&article=7
Put the alias to 'contact-us-2', it should work. If you will have any problems with the alias, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' page and provide with an access to the Joomla admin panel.

I'd like to know:
1)make background of Position 56, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, and 55 colorless.
2)make the menu buttons on above positions black (currently turn black when pointed on).

Please see Footer Configuration Parameters -> Background Color, you can set it to FFFFFF.
The buttons you have to recreate using included in the package PSD file.
