I have a paid version of this template that my web designer ought but she is no longer working so I have had to take over - so please bear with me as I am a novice!
I have updated to the latest Joomla version but now the Contact Us form is not working here - http://www.nimveda.com/hours-contacts.
The Joomla forum has said that this a bug with the template. Please help me as I am at my wits end trying to fix it.
I've been working on it for the past two weeks now to no avail!

My web developer purchased it on our behalf but she does not work anymore and I am unable to get the login details from her.
I can see that an update has been made to this template that will most likely fix this Contact Form issue (my site has also slowed down considerably due to CSS & JavaScript) which I am also hoping will be fixed by the update but I do not know how to get it.
I hope you can understand and appreciate my predicament, please help me!
How do I receive the update and will also, will updating this template change my current website?
I hope you can assist me as we are going to be on national television in a couple of weeks and would like our site to be user friendly and in tip top shape.
We've been very happy with this template up till now.

Yes - because I purchased it through my web developer Web Admin. If I manage to find their username (of course I will not have their password) will this be enough?

You will need to login using the username and password only, but the license can be expired if it was purchased a long time ago, you will need to extend it.
